Benefits of the Pranayama

Introduction of Pranayama and meanings
The traditional Ayurveda of India gale very well with the modern medical science. Hence a large number of persons have turned to Pranayama not only in India but in the western countries too. The belief, that a person who does Pranayama regularly enjoys good health, is true to a great extent. Let us analysis this proposition by quoting statistics: The total amount of inhaled by a person in a relaxed position is called tidal volume. The whole amount of air does not reach the lungs because a portion of this air remains collected in the area known as dead space in the windpipe. An idle person inhales around 500 sq. cm whereas the area of dead space is 150 sq. cm . Consequently, the fresh air available to the lungs does not exceed 350 sq. cm .
When one takes deep breath during Pranayama, the tidal volume increases and reaches 3000 sq. cm. and the mass of fresh air in the lungs goes up to 95 % from 70% in this condition the dead space does not have much significance. Lungs get more oxygen.

The other aspect of Pranayama is respiration, hence it is worth observing the effect on the body, when a person exhales in a resting position, he does not expel all the air from the lungs. When he starts inhaling , there is a balance of 1650 sq. CMS in the lungs. It means the amount of fluctuation does not exceed the average of 21% if we take into account the quantity of 350 sq. CMS of fresh air. In brief, it is better to force out the deposited air through Pranayama, so that more fresh air is available to the alveoli to absorb oxygen. The partial pressure of oxygen in lungs increases when we inhale deeply after exhaling. Hence , the partial pressure of oxygen increase in the lungs. When the partial pressure increases, the cells, like small sacks, take in more oxygen. Visualize the carbon dioxide which has been filled with pressure in the soft drinks.
It is easy to understand that benefit of more oxygen available to the body, bet what type of biochemical reactions takes place in the body ?
At the outset, it is imperative to get rid of the very widespread misunderstanding. It is not true that cells that get blood use more oxygen just because more oxygen gets into the blood. Even if more pure oxygen is supplied to mammals instead of natural air, their digestive system uses up only the needed amount of oxygen. Every atom O of oxygen ( yes, not atom O2 but so called only atom O ) contains 6 electrons in its outer orbit , whereas there is space of 8 electrons . Two seats are vacant. Therefore, when each electron of Hydrogen joins two atoms of oxygen we get water . Although oxygen is ready to let go of six electrons in its outer orbit.
As a result, during the metabolism process, the free radicals, the heartless particles of dust are produced. These dust particles rob the healthy cells . The atom of oxygen shakes hands with these healthy electrons of the cells and a great miracle takes place. The defeated free radicals do not harm these cells thereafter. The life of cells are greatly benefited by Pranayama. It is very likely that those who admire Pranayama may not be aware of it.
The meaning of Pranayama:
What is Pranayama?
Pranayama, means life that we are inhaling the breath in. If this stop then there is no virtue of human body. That is equal to deceased or dead So what is Breath of Life & what is Pranayama. So, through Pranayama, the process of making strong of breath of life, that is called Pranayama. To give new substance to the breath of life, that's called pranayama. Through pranayama we get older, why we get older, because energy and breath of life didn't get older and our breath keep on and on. But the lifeblood or our Mind area and will discuss it during Kundalini jargon (Kundalini is the feminine creative and fertile energy of our natural physical bitingness - the life energy or 'Life Force' of each cell of the Physical Body.) What all principles we have in our body and what all sparkle we have in our breath of life, what and how that will discuss and share in further business. Initially comes Anima Sharer, Then Pranay shareer then comes Monomoy shareer then comes Vigyanmay Sharer Then comes Ananda Shareer, so these all different types of body comes under breath of life, they are too small This is small centralization where the breath of life stays. So how ,when & where does it stays that we will discuss further. In pranayama we make our breath of life to be stronger. So, what is Life blood by the breath of life we can make our life blood to be stronger When we got fever then dr usually check us or they check the BP. and they usually comment on our breathing system. because it get higher & lower and due to get we got fever and we get ill.
When we get ill then we don't have our breathing speed stable and the speed of a healthy pulse t rate comes between is 72 to 73. Those who go to tomb level or do mediation. Medical science declare a person dead if his pulse rate is 30 But our medical yoga, A turtle takes breath within 1-1/2 minute so whatever this science either it is like teacher & student. Sometime our pulse rate become so slow that a human couldn't understand, that is completely different stage So, to give this stage a substance is called Pranayama. So, it is actually playing with the breath of the life. Who can play with breath of life , the one who is strong enough only that. So, always do Pranayama under the Master's supervision. There are several pranayama which a human can do alone And there are certain pranayama for which you must have the master's supervision. Even then you must not do any mediation, yoga mediation and pranayama..
