Chakrasana
In practising this asana, the spine is twisted in such a way that the body form a semicircular shape, hence this asana is called " Chakrasana", It resemble a rainbow.
How to do Chakrasana
1) Lie flat on the back. Draw the legs in till the heels are close to the hips and the soles touch the ground.
2) The gap between the legs should be of five to seven inches.
3) Bend the arms at the elbows and place them on the ground on either side of the head.
4) Tilt the head backwards as far as possible . Keep the hands straight. Keep the body steady.
5) Do not shift either the arms or the legs from their positions. Raise the back as for as it allows itto do .
6) Remain in this position for about a minute. Then inhale and lower the body to the ground and bring it to the original position.
7) Then breathe normally.

Good for infertility, asthma, and osteoporosis.
Strengthens liver, pancreas, and kidneys.
Beneficial for the heart.
Strengthens arms, hands, shoulders, wrists, and legs.
Stretches the chest and lungs.
Stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands.
Strengthens the arms and wrists, legs, buttocks, abdomen, and spine.
An individual who is suffering from cardiac ailment should avoid performing this asana. The one who is suffering from high blood pressure problems also should avoid this position. One should not attempt it if one is too tired, heart ailments, have weak arms or wrists, hypertension and during pregnancy.
Also known as the wheel pose, Chakrasana will help in increasing your height at any age. It helps in making your spine more elastic and your body flexible. Thus, it is very effective in height increase. In this asana, the body is bent forward or backward.
Prevent Hair fall: Very few people know that the yoga pose is good to prevent hair fall. While practicing the yoga pose, circulation of fresh oxygenated blood gets smooth in the brain region, which result in providing suitable nutrients to the hair follicles, thus good for the health of hair.
